-The Dillinger Escape Plan – “Farewell, Mona Lisa”
At first glance, “Option Paralysis” seems like a highly inappropriate title to describe the constantly evolving output of THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN. But once you’re faced with the cumulative power and vision of guitarist Ben Weinman, vocalist Greg Puciato, bassist Liam Wilson, guitarist Jeff Tuttle and new drummer Billy Rymer, you’ll wonder-right after you pick yourself up off the floor-why more bands don’t achieve similar force-of-nature status.”

- Cynic – “The Space For This”
“How do you follow a timeless classic?” writes Dom Lawson from Metal Hammer, referring to CYNIC’s debut album “Focus” from 1993. ‘Wait 15 years and make another one! “Traced in Air” is a sublime, otherworldly monument to artistry, inspiration and music itself.’
CYNIC is back!

- Kylesa – “Tired Climb”
“The shifting movement of red hot sand, spiralling around the withered trunk of a gnarled tree are among the hypnotic visions KYLESA evoke with “Spiral Shadow”. Drawing deeply from the roots nourishing their unique sound with the essence of crust punk, psychedelic and stoner rock as well as sludge metal, the US-band is tapping into an even deeper musical universe than ever before.”

- Ghost Brigade – “Into The Black Light”
“GHOST BRIGADE took the world by surprise. Their debut album “Guided by Fire” (2007) was received with raving reviews and praised by the music press all around the globe. Obviously the Finns hit a nerve with their highly original blend of Post-Rock, Metalcore, Progressive Rock, Death and Doom Metal. As a result “Guided by Fire” received laurels for being “impressively atmospheric, dark, intelligent and passionate”, while letting “KATATONIA’s grief collide with the wrath of NEUROSIS”.”

- Rotting Christ – “Fire Death and Fear”
“The mountain range of Mount Olympus has been considered holy ground for ages past. There the ancient gods of Greece among them Zeus, Ares and Aphrodite were thought to gather in their palace of light. It is here that ROTTING CHRIST recorded their eleventh release “AEALO” in the renowned Lunatech Studios of Kateríni close to the battlefield of Pydna, where the Roman legions ended first the supremacy of Macedonian kings in 168 BC and then famous military formation Phalanx. Historic ground and divine forces have obviously joined to inspire band leader Sakis Tolis to create his finest work so far: “AEALO”.”

- Septic Flesh – “Anubis”
Behold the new masters of darkness! SEPTICFLESH kindly invite you to join the “Communion”. The Greeks’ sixth full length is a symphonic masterpiece that constitutes a quantum leap in the art of amalgamating orchestral music with Heavy Metal. These songs are audible evidence of guitarist Christos Antoniou finishing his studies of classical composition with academic honours and distinction.”

- Watain – “Underneath the Cenotaph”
“Darkness descends, the foul stench of rotting flesh fills the nostrils and the iron taste of blood lingers on the tongue – welcome to the world of WATAIN. Out of the infernal depths their voices do not cry to the Heavens. The sinister hymns of these Swedes praise the Lord of Flies in feverish worship as they descend on the left hand path.”

- Christian Death – “Narcissus Metamorphosis Of”
“In 2007, CHRISTIAN DEATH deliver their epic album “American Inquisition”. Though this is a concept album and a form of protest, its theme is subtly woven throughout the entirety of the music and perhaps, to listeners of the bands previous works, an unexpected departure. In contrast to the negative connotations implied, this album is actually quite upbeat and much more positive. Artistic protests are not new to this band and in the past, the band has been very blatant about getting the point across, to the dismay of some, accusing the band of using shock value tactics.”

- Atheist – “Second to Sun” / “Faux King Christ”
“The genius of ATHEIST has been floating through the Metal solar system for 20 years to the delight of many. Yet now Jupiter will align with the ears of planet Earth to redefine the way Technical Metal is written, heard, and played with their long awaited 4th studio recording “Jupiter”. The next generation of extreme Metal fans demanded a new album after witnessing the US band’s triumphant return to the stage in 2006.”
